The client
M-Level designs and manufactures hydraulic levelling systems in the UK. They don't sell direct. Every sale goes through their network of dealers and installers, so the website's most important job is connecting customers with the right local agent.
The challenge
For a business that sells through a network, a website that only shows off the product isn't enough. Customers need to find someone near them who can supply and fit it, and installers and specifiers need the technical detail to recommend it with confidence. The network had to be visible, and the path from interest to enquiry had to be short.
What I did
I rebuilt the site around the agent network. Find an Agent became a central part of the journey rather than an afterthought, backed by clear pages for the people who specify and fit the product: specification, gallery, FAQs and warranty. I also set up Google Analytics so the site's performance could be measured properly.
The results
The site now draws steady traffic from exactly the right people, and the dealer network is doing its job.
