The things people usually want to know before we talk. If yours isn't here, just ask.
What I do
I help product businesses with the whole journey, from sourcing a product right through to selling it and everything in between. Sourcing, manufacturing, freight, warehousing, final-mile delivery, your website and brand, marketing and growth. Most agencies own one slice of that. I run the whole chain, or just the part you're stuck on.
Product businesses generally. If you sell a physical product, whether that's online, wholesale, retail or B2B, I can help. Ecommerce is often part of the picture, but it's rarely the whole thing.
Absolutely. You might just need better sourcing, or your final-mile costs sorting, or your marketing fixed. Because I understand every stage, I can fix one link and know exactly how it affects everything around it. Start where it hurts.
I've done every stage myself, that's the whole point. I run the chain and bring in the right partners where it makes sense, like vetted 3PLs for fulfilment rather than running warehouses myself. You get one operator coordinating it all, not a middleman passing you around.
How it works
Build is for businesses starting out, I stand up your whole supply chain and foundations and hand them over. Grow is for businesses with a product that already works, who need help taking it to the next level, whether that's one link or the whole chain. Partner is for businesses who want me in the trenches with them, where I work at cost in exchange for a share of the upside.
Three levels. A free automated scan of your website and SEO. A single link audit for £1,000, where you pick the one area you think is wrong and I go deep on it. And the Chain Audit, from £3,500, where I go through your whole operation end to end and hand you a ranked list of where the money is and what each fix is worth. No VAT is added.
Relationships and know-how come first. The edge comes from supplier relationships built over more than a decade and the industry techniques you only learn by doing the work. AI sits on top, taking on the admin, the chasing and the number crunching, so a small team can put its time into the decisions that matter and punch well above its weight. You can use as much or as little of it as you like.
Yes. Any AI tools you want can run through the work, but if custom agents are all you need, I build them standalone, for your admin, customer service and operations, tuned to how your business actually works.
Yes. Through my UK print partner, prototypes are 3D printed here in the UK, so you can test the look, fit and function and make changes before you pay for tooling or commit to factory minimums. It's available on its own or as the first step in a Build.
Yes. All three phases of the autumn 2026 fair in Guangzhou are covered. I'm there in person for all three phases, with factory visits in between. Send your brief by 11 October through the brief form and I'll look for products and suppliers for you on the ground.
I work with businesses located in the UK and across the EU. I also work with global brands and manufacturers looking to enter the UK and European markets, helping them get established, from sourcing to sales and everything in between. I can help you scale and maximise your brand, store and growth.
Why Solarc Works
Specialists only see their slice, and the parts of your business they don't touch are where money quietly leaks away. I start at sourcing, where most of the margin is decided, then follow the product through freight, fulfilment and marketing, so a fix in one place never breaks another. You deal with one person who is accountable for the result.
Two kinds. People just starting out who need a hand reaching their first £500k of revenue. And businesses already doing £500k to £5m who need help breaking through to the next level. Big enough to have real problems worth solving, small enough that fixing them moves the needle.
Over ten years I've helped businesses reach 7 and 8 figures in sales, and delivered real savings for clients through better sourcing, logistics and operations. I work with access to more than 3,000 manufacturers globally and vetted 3PL partners that we have inspected and use for clients.
Money & getting started
Where the work is fixed, the price is on the site: the website scan is free, a single link audit is £1,000, a Chain Audit is from £3,500, and the Canton Fair packages start at £750. No VAT is added. Build, Grow and Partner are scoped to the work involved and quoted up front, before you commit. A call or an audit is the quickest way to get a real number.
It applies to my fulfilment partners. A vetted 3PL is one we have inspected ourselves and use to store and move clients' goods. It does not mean I have audited every factory in my network of 3,000+ manufacturers. That network is the pool I draw on, and I check the factories I put forward for you.
Instead of paying full fees, I deliver the build and marketing at cost in exchange for a share of profit or a revenue split. My incentives sit alongside yours, so I only win when you do. It's selective by design, reserved for businesses I genuinely believe in.
Get in touch through the contact page, or book a call straight into the diary. A short conversation is usually enough to see whether I can help and where to start. If you'd rather see something concrete first, request an audit.
